Mindful Drawing
Join us for an hour of Mindful Drawing together. Drawing has many benefits for our health and well-being, from the reduction of stress hormones to the improvement of memory.
You don’t need any experience to take part in the session, and this is ideal for anyone looking to develop a calmer, more present frame of mind. You’ll learn to create geometric designs and patterns in a friendly virtual space.
