Learn to Draw Animals
As part of our wellbeing month activities, we’re inviting you to join us for an hour of drawing together on 17th October. This session is the perfect way to break up your day and immerse yourself in the creative process of learning to draw animals. Drawing has many benefits for our health and wellbeing, from the reduction of the stress hormone cortisol to the improvement of memory.
You don’t need any experience to take part in the session which will take place live on Zoom in a friendly and supportive environment. The session is ideal for anyone looking to develop a calmer, more present frame of mind during their day and we hope you’ll come away feeling inspired to make art more often.
To join the session...
All you will need is…
