Learn to Draw Animals
As part of our wellbeing month activities, we invite you to come and immerse yourself in the creative process of drawing. Drawing has many benefits for our health and wellbeing, from the reduction of the stress hormone cortisol to the improvement of memory.
We will travel the globe, learning to draw a tree frog in the depths of a rainforest, to a family of penguins huddled in Antarctica, all the while entering a mindful state and trying our hand at a range of drawing techniques.
Joining could not be easier. Simply register for your Zoom link, download your reference images to have handy on the day, and gather a few basic materials.
At the end of the class, don’t forget to send in some photos of your drawings: k.wilson@theartmovement.co.uk
