Exploring Textures – Shadow & Pattern
Create a stunning watercolour painting in this explorational series. You will explore colours and patterns, work into the details with pencil and biro to develop depth and texture in your work. Your teacher will support you in a friendly and creative environment. These classes are open to all – beginners through to practicing painters.

Satin Wave – Lights & Shadows
Taking inspiration from exquisite materials, this class will focus on the exploration of colour and shadow patterns. Your teacher will support you as you build texture and realism in your work. You’ll learn how to depict delicate, silky materials, as well as learning how to achieve depth within your painting.

Animal Textures – Pattern & Detail
In this class you will observe the exotic skin of an elephant, as well as the fur of a gorgeous canine friend. Aimed at exploring details, you will need a pencil and biro for this session, as your teacher will introduce you to techniques that will help you to develop depth and add creative effects to bring life and detail to your painting.

In this session you’ll learn how to portray depth and solidity in your work. You’ll explore form and perspective whilst painting a series of paper arrangements to achieve a real sense of three-dimensionality within your watercolour paintings.

Our dining room table is seldom without a bowl of fruit and in this creative series, this is where your inspiration will come from. Your teacher will support you in creating a number of vibrant watercolour paintings inspired by a variety of beautiful fruit and vegetables. These watercolour sessions are perfect for all levels, and you will be fully supported in a friendly and creative environment.

Fruit & Nut – Form & Shadow
This session will teach you how to use curved lines in your work. You’ll be painting a series of pears, apple and coconut learning to use both concave and convex shapes to show depth in your painting.

Ginger-Chilli-Lime – Texture & Solidity
In this class you will focus on techniques that allow you to build shine, texture and form into your work. You will explore the contrasting shapes and surfaces of ginger, chilli and lime and create colourful paintings full of life.

Beet & Root Veg – Colour & Composition
In this session you will take inspiration from the bold coloured beetroot and create a still life composition. You’ll learn about complementary colours and explore shape and perspective as you paint an assortment of root vegetables.
